Terms & Conditions

  • Order is confirmed only on payment of advance (cheque subject to realization).
  • Payment term for new clients is 100% advance along with the purchase order.
  • Payment term for regular clients is 50% advance along with the purchase order and balance on delivery. (for all orders below Value of Rs. 25000/- 100% Advance is payable).
  • Delivery within Mumbai limits is free.
  • For orders that require Express deliveries, cost of transportation will be borne by buyer.
  • Hamal, Mathadi, Parking and Toll charges if any applicable would be borne by the buyer.
  • Delivery outside Mumbai chargeable to buyers account.
  • Delays in delivery caused by logistics is not our responsibility.
  • Special/customized packaging would be charged extra (cartons, wooden boxes, paper bags etc.).
  • External QC and inspection charges to be borne by buyer.
  • Cost of artworks created on behalf of the client is chargeable.
  • Price of garments will change on sizes exceeding 2XL for men’s and XL for women’s. 
  • If any special size has to be made and a pattern has to be created the cost of the same shall be borne by the client.
  • Sampling will be charged at Rs.3000/- plus GST per sample, part of the sampling cost shall be adjusted in the final order amount. In the event the order is cancelled there shall be no refund of the sampling charge.
  • A sample of the print will be sent for your kind perusal and approval before commencement of the final production.
  • There may be a 5 % to 7% excess quantity in production and the same has to be bought by the buyer.
  • Our liability ceases as the goods leave our Mumbai office.
  • All Quotations are valid for 15 days.
  • Price subject to market rates, dollar prices (in case for imported articles) and changes in government levis/taxes.
  • All communication have to be on email please, especially on any changes on Price, quality, artworks, quantity, delivery schedule and delivery destination.
  • Black Silver respects the intellectual property of others and therefore we do not indulge in counter feet and duplication. 
  • In no event shall Black Silver be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind in connection with these terms and conditions, even if the user has been informed of the possibility of such damages.
  • The above-mentioned terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Mumbai.
